What is a Humming ball?

I'd never heard of one until I came across the concept in a book by Diana Cooper.
Inspired by what I had read, I gave it a go and sent one to an intuitive friend who was on holiday in Sardinia. She had pain in the balls of her feet and cramping in her toes.
I visualised a ball of cornflower blue which added sunflower yellow to itself. I formed the intention to help remove the cramping in her toes and added the words: light, love, joy and healing. I hummed and imagined it floating off like a soap bubble.
Her feedback was really encouraging: the toes no longer cramped when curled, she felt the benefit in her feet and throughout her body. She also described the two colours.
Encouraged by this I have gone on to create many more for other people and situations.
I make a recipe of various ingredients such as crystals, cards, colours, flower remedies, symbols, words and elements.
I assemble and then create and visualise an energy ball which I put sound into (hum) and send for remote healing.
I do this while I am in a meditative state.
I make them for individual people using my intuition to determine exactly what is required and in that person's highest interest.
I started to make them using many of the techniques I have gleaned in my years of study.
I have added all sorts of extras such as time release, sleep, concentration, healing and alertness. The only limitation is my imagination.
When he looked perplexed, I explained it to my Beloved as being like a healing Prayer.
Here is one I have created to counteract stress.
Please help yourself and allow your energy to accept that which is in your highest interest to receive.

Merkaba symbol: Mer=light, Ka=spirit, Ba=body (there is a lot more to this symbol, but in this my intention is to bring balance)
Bach flower essence: Cherry plum (flowerr of relaxation)
A Life More Inspired card: I choose Love over fear
Colour card (Inna Segal): Emerald - calm you mind, body and soul
Lightbringer card and essence: Cowslip: I am clear in my mind
Australian bush flower card and essence: Dagger Hakea - forgiveness and love.
Dr Masaru Emoto water crystals: Wisdom - peace of mind. Healing - Brain - kindess
Blue labradorite: among this crystal's many properties it calms an overactive mind and energises the imagination. It helps eliminate the emotional drain from daily routine or bing weighed down by responsibility.
Lavender: not only is it beautiful, but it is known to be healing and relaxing. This was picked from my garden which is a place I find joyful and restorative.
